Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC (born March 4 1954) is a Canadian-American actress and comedian. O'Hara has been awarded a range of awards, including the Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. She also received two Primetime Emmy Awards and six Canadian Screen Awards. In 2018, she was appointed to the rank of an Officer of Canada. She was also awarded the Governor General’s Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Medal in 2020. O'Hara made her debut for her acting in the year 1974, while she was a part of The Second City in Toronto. She was a part of the principal cast on the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978) together with John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. O'Hara was a part of Candy in the sketch comedy show Second City Television (1976-1984). The show received critical acclaim both for her writing abilities and acting, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award, 1981 for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series. O'Hara, Steve Carell and Dwayne Colbert were included on the Second City artistic board in 2022.
